Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY
Note: for COMMERCIAL USE, please send me an email with your request.

Commission requests can be made through Instagram DM's or email at [email protected]

You must be at least 18 years old to request a commission.

For direct and faster communication, Discord ID can be asked after accepting your commission request.

I reserve the right to decline the commission if I can't fulfill or I'm not comfortable with the request.

Prices are in USD and payments go through Paypal invoice only.

Payment has to be upfront 100% via Paypal to start the commission.

Price may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.

Extra character: + 50% base price.

The refund is only included if your commission has not started 4 months after the payment.

Once the commission has started (sketching process) there is no refund.

After reading the T.O.S and selecting the type of commission you want to request, fill this model form and send it through email.

Character references: sketches, drawings, clear and complete images, moodboards, etc.
Character personality/traits: short description.
Character designer: yourself/another artist.
Other: additional details about the character/outfit/body marks, anything you consider important for me to know.
Deadline Yes/No.
Note: if it needs to be Priority Delivery (in 7 - 14 days) please let me know. An additional fee will be included.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
➔ Be sure to provide complete references of your character.
Example: sketches, pictures, character sheets, pose reference, scene descriptions, etc.
The more details the better!
➔ Written character descriptions without references will be declined (unless custom design is requested and accepted).
➔ AI generated references will be declined.

I reply to mails in a span of 1 to 3 days . If I don't reply you can resend it.

Invoice will be sent, and only after payment I'll start with the work.

21 days - 1 month deadline depending on complexity.
If I need more time to complete the commission I will let you know.

The client will receive a progress Tracker link on TRELLO to check the commission status. The Trello link will be provided after the payment is received. It will be updated every 3 days.

You will be receiving your commission in .png for illustrations.

If you require the commission files (.psd or .clip), please let me know. An additional fee will be considered.

Give credit to me (@_tilraun on Instagram & Tiktok and tilraun.bsky.social on Bluesky) depending on the platforms where you are going to use/post the commission.

You can ask for changes in the sketch process only (3 changes only)
If you ask for changes during the lineart/flats/shading process, it will include an additional fee.

The finished commission will be sent via email, with a Google Drive link.

I, as the artist, may:
Post the commissioned artwork to my social media as portfolio or with advertising purposes (unless privacy is stated in the commission request)

You are NOT allowed to:
➔ Modify or alter the artwork.
➔ Use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously.
➔ Use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
➔ Use the final piece in AI training. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.
